The official language of the Platform and these Terms is English. Urdu translation or other language assistance may be available on request through our support team, but the English version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and legally binding version in all cases.
Odds are displayed in decimal, fractional and/or money-line formats depending on the market. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a Wager is confirmed. Once a Wager is confirmed by the Platform, the odds at the time of confirmation shall apply. 997pak references Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournaments as sports context only and holds no official affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or governing body.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event. All applicable limits will be displayed clearly at the time of placing a Wager. 997pak reserves the right to amend stake limits at its discretion, including on a per-Account basis where suspected abuse is identified.
A Wager may be declared void and your stake returned in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, or where 997pak determines that a market was suspended at the time the Wager was placed.
Live and in-play markets carry an inherent risk of rapid odds movement. It is your responsibility to verify that the odds displayed are current before confirming an in-play Wager. 997pak accepts no liability for losses arising from confirmed Wagers where odds were displayed correctly at the time of confirmation.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and potential legal action:
997pak reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it suspects or determines a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML/KYC non-compliance, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform, other Users, or the integrity of any market.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure is subject to the settlement of any outstanding Wagers, completion of pending withdrawal processing, and satisfaction of any bonus wagering requirements. We will process any remaining balance in your Account in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures following satisfactory identity verification.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Clauses which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability and prohibited conduct provisions) shall survive.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
997pak reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
